The contract between us
Any contract for purchase made through jettydekoster.com will be with Gabriette Corina de Koster (ESX2780297B), whose registered address is Urb. Villacana, Calle Eva 15, 29688 Estepona, España.
Jettydekoster.com must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be processed. Payment of the advertised price will be taken at the point of order. Charging your payment method does not mean that an order has been accepted by jettydekoster.com. Once payment has been processed, jettydekoster.com will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide. The email will include your name, the order number and the total price charged. Jettydekoster.com’s acceptance of your order (which will happen when jettydekoster.com dispatches your order) brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.
Jettydekoster.com will not process any orders in the case of errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods (including the advertised price of the goods) appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by email and reserve the right to cancel your order.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products available on Jettydekoster.com. However, we do not guarantee that the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the products. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products, as well as shipping, are subject to change.
Liability
1.If the goods jettydekoster.com delivers are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, jettydekoster.com shall have no liability to you unless you notify jettydekoster.com in writing at info@jettydekoster.com of the problem within ten working days of the delivery of goods in question.
2.If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which they were dispatched to you, jettydekoster.com shall have no liability to you unless you notify jettydekoster.com in writing of the problem within 40 days of the date on which the goods were dispatched to you by emailing us at info@ jettydekoster.com.
3.If you notify a problem to jettydekoster.com under this condition, jettydekoster.com’s only obligation will be, at its option, to make good any shortage or non-delivery; to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question to the original method of payment.
4.Jettydekoster.com will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you notify to jettydekoster.com under this condition and jettydekoster.com shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under paragraph (c) above.
5.Nothing in this condition is, however, intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit jettydekoster.com liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
Nothing in this contract creates any right which is enforceable by any person who is not a party to the contract.
Force Majeure
Jettydekoster.com shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Invalidity
If any part of these conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which jettydekoster.com excludes its liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
Complaints
Jettydekoster.com operates a complaint handling procedure which is used to try to resolve disputes when they first arise. If you have a complaint, please contact jettydekoster.com by emailing us at info@ jettydekoster.com.
Delivery of goods to you
Jettydekoster.com will post, or arrange a courier on your behalf, for the goods ordered by you to the person and address you give jettydekoster.com at the time you make your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of dispatch of the order. All delivery times quoted on the website are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing, and delivery companies. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when the goods are dispatched to you from our distribution centre. Delivery charges will be added to your order at checkout once you have entered the delivery address. All deliveries are sent via courier or tracked postal services.
IVA
Value Added Tax (IVA)
All prices displayed on Jettydekoster.com are inclusive of IVA (VAT in Spain).
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, you can do so by sending an e-mail to info@jettydekoster.com with the number of the order you wish to cancel. Once the order has been dispatched, no cancellation will be accepted.
Returns
Jettydekoster.com informs you that you have the right of return, provided that the products purchased are not in the categories listed in Article 45 of the Retail Trade Management Law, which will be exercised in accordance with the following conditions:
Jettydekoster.com will accept all returns made within the indicated period (15 working days from receipt of the product) providing the product is in perfect condition. Once the product has been received, jettydekoster.com will check its condition before proceeding to refund the amount. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us unless we delivered it to you in error or it is faulty.
If you receive a book in poor condition, you can return it and jettydekoster.com will, at jettydekoster.com’s discretion, either replace the faulty/damaged book or reimburse you for the entire amount (price of the book and shipping costs), limiting, in any case, jettydekoster.com ‘s liability to said replacement.
Returns or claims can be made using email info@jettydekoster.com.
It is your responsibility to ensure safe return of the item(s) to us. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service. We will refund you by means of payment that is most convenient to us.
Should you receive any items that you did not order, or that proves to be faulty, please contact us via email info@jettydekoster.com giving details of your order.
